A highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Officer is required to join our administrative team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Uploading referrals to the database accurately and efficiently
* Managing schedules to optimize capacity
* Responding to incoming phone queries from service users, GPs, and colleagues
* Booking new appointments and confirming details as required
* Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries promptly
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support operations
* Maintaining accurate records and upholding data integrity
* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of administration or clerical experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and high-speed, accurate data entry skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
