Sales Operations Director Role
\
As a Sales Operations Director, you will be responsible for leading a district of retail stores, overseeing the performance of store managers and driving business growth through effective stock management, sales strategies and team leadership.
\

1. Manage a district of retail stores, providing line manager support to store managers.
\
2. Develop and implement annual business plans for the district, aligned with company strategy.
\
3. Analyse and optimise stock movements to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
\
4. Conduct regular cash management checks to ensure financial integrity.
\
5. Support project implementation through analysis and provision of feedback.
\
6. Oversee store refurbishments, new openings and re-openings to maintain brand standards.
\
\
\
7. Minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline or 3+ years of management experience.
\
8. Excellent communication, planning, organisation and analytical skills.
\
9. Full driving licence required.
\
10. Organised, flexible, motivated and hard-working leader with previous experience in fast-paced environments.
