Job Opportunity:
The role of Project Manager is available on a fixed-term contract with our client in Limerick.
This position involves work on high-profile residential and mixed-use property developments in Limerick.
The successful candidate will be involved in every stage from concept to completion, reporting to the Senior Project Programme Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complex stakeholder relationships and ensure sign-off of defined project objectives.
* Establish an overall project budget and procure consultancy fees and construction costs.
* Produce reports on scope, budget, and timescale delivery against baseline targets.
* Procure additional project team members and ensure EU Public Procurement requirements are met.
* Supervise the design and procurement process through to project construction and final handover.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' post-graduate experience in construction or project management.
* A qualification at Level 8 in quantity surveying, engineering, construction management, architecture, or similar.
* Proven experience in a similar client/consultancy project management role with a demonstrable record of taking construction projects through from inception to completion.
* A current full class B driver's license and access to own vehicle.
