Whitewater Group is headquartered in Bray, Co. Wicklow and operates from European bases in Spain, Sweden, Finland and UK, with plans for further offices to open in Germany, Denmark and Italy. The Group is experiencing significant growth due to its focus on off-site construction methods (OSM) of delivering turnkey projects, meaning on-site construction time is kept to a minimum.
Position Summary:
The OSM Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all production piping, skids and modular activities within our Irish supply chain. This role acts as the operational link between workshop and Whitewater Group, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise the day-to-day production activities of the workshop team.
* Ensure correct interpretation of technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications.
* Validate materials, work orders, and welding procedures before execution.
* Oversee pipe cutting, assembly, and welding processes from a Q&A perspective.
* Perform visual inspections and report any deviations or quality concerns.
* Prepare weekly work progress reports for multiple projects and coordinate deliveries with logistics.
* Maintain ongoing communication with the Whitewater Group technical team to clarify project details and coordinate shipments.
* Assist in weekly work planning and adapt to client priorities.
* Promote safety and cleanliness within the work area.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial piping prefabrication (stainless steel, carbon steel, etc.).
* Previous experience in team supervision within a workshop environment or site industrial plants.
* Strong ability to read isometric drawings and welding specifications.
* Time management and leadership skills.
* Knowledge in 3D Design Software's.
* Strong knowledge of office tools (email, Excel, etc.).
* Training in mechanical fabrication, welding, or similar fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in water treatment, pharmaceutical, or food industry projects.
* Training in Health & Safety
