OverviewDescription Ryanair are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Programme Engineer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group!This is an exciting time to join Ryanair as we expand to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years. The successful candidate will report to the Maintenance Programs Manager. This is a desk-based role based in our Engineering Office in Dublin.
Responsibilities
Review of the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and Maintenance Review Board (MRB) to ensure accurate implementation into Ryanair’s Group Maintenance Program for B737NG/8200/A320/CL 3500 fleets, as applicable.
Ensure the maintenance program is optimised to maintain high safety levels, excellent dispatch reliability and to avoid/mitigate operational impact of in-service defects.
Work in accordance with Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and company manual procedures.
Review heavy maintenance findings and identify solutions for repeat occurrences.
Submit and obtain Aviation Authority approval of Ryanair’s Group Maintenance Programs when required.
Develop detailed reports to support the optimisation of Ryanair’s Maintenance Programs.
Provide input to the B737NG/8200/A320 Industry Steering Committee (ISC) regarding ongoing optimisation of the MRB/MPD.
Additional responsibilities may be delegated periodically by the Maintenance Program Manager.
Requirements
Relevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 maintenance license
Minimum 1 year’s experience in a Technical Services / CAMO role or Engine MRO
Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations
Technical knowledge of Boeing 737 systems and/or Airbus 320 experience would be an advantage
Knowledge of MSG-3 & Maintenance Program optimisation methodologies (e.g. SASMO, OPTIMA) would be an advantage
Sound knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements
Good working knowledge of AMOS would be preferable
Excellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions
Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment
