* Generate financial reports and manage stock control, office supplies, and spa inventory.

* Coordinate all aspects of the guest journey, spa bookings, and treatment diary.

* Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

* Maintain the spa's presentation, cleanliness, safety, and readiness at all times.

* Manage spa memberships, handle client enquiries, and resolve issues with care and discretion.

* Take part in team briefings, meetings, and training sessions as required.
