This role has come about due to rapid and sustained growth and the onboarding of a number of key growth clients. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team, managing a talented team and overseeing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead the team in the planning, management and execution of audit engagements Supervise and develop junior team members Manage and review the work of the audit team Manage a varied client portfolio, ensuring all engagements are delivered to a high standard Research and resolve technical queries raised by clients Monitor work in progress and billing as part of effective working capital management Identify client needs and opportunities for additional services Support the development and growth of the firms client portfolio Participate in client fee discussions and negotiations Maintain a consistently high quality of work in line with relevant professional standards Key Skills Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) Proven audit management experience, with 3+ years post-qualified experience Strong technical expertise Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams while working to tight deadlines and maintaining high standards Strong professional judgement and decision-making ability High attention to detail with strong analytical skills A collaborative team player with experience supporting and developing others Strong commercial awareness A proactive mindset with a desire to drive improvements and embrace new technologies where appropriate Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
