Senior Legal PA - Document Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal PA to join our team, providing high-level support in the preparation, management, and formatting of a wide range of legal documents.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide expert support in the use of MS 365 applications and specialized document management tools across the legal team.
• Assist in the creation, formatting, and quality checking of complex legal documents, ensuring adherence to internal branding and house styles.
• Prepare client-facing documents and forms tailored to client-specific requirements and styles.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
The ideal candidate will have:
• Extensive experience working with legal documents in a professional legal or corporate environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS365, Adobe Acrobat Pro, document comparison tools, and SharePoint.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams.
