Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team as a Basic Grade Pharmacist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supervising and supplying drugs, pharmaceuticals, and related items.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and supply drugs, pharmaceuticals, and related items
* Participate in dispensary activities
* Provide clinical pharmacy services, including cancer services, care of the elderly, emergency department, ICU, medical, mental health, and surgical
* Develop and maintain medication safety systems
* Carry out medicine reconciliations and develop medicine reconciliation services
* Provide comprehensive and high-quality medicine information services
* Rotate into Pharmacy Cancer Services on a routine and ad-hoc basis
Requirements
* Be a registered pharmacist with the PSI or entitled to be so registered
* Possess the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office
