BirdWatch Ireland – Ireland's largest independent environmental conservation organisation – is seeking an experienced leader to shape the future of wild bird protection and biodiversity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage staff to deliver outcomes aligned with the organisation’s strategy and vision.
Represent BirdWatch Ireland, develop membership and funding opportunities.
Oversee operational and supporting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance frameworks.
Ideal Candidate
Senior management experience in a relevant role, with a strong track record of leading change and delivering programmes on time and within budget.
Strategic direction setting to deliver financial and conservation outcomes (short and long term).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; interest and knowledge of nature conservation in Ireland.
