Outbound Sales AgentLocation: Dublin Hybrid working in office every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

This PositionWe are looking for sales agents who are highly target driven, team players, with a minimum of 1-yearSalesexperience to join our team on a fullbasis.If you are ambitious, results-focused and enjoy a challenge, this job is for you ResponsibilitiesAchieve individual sales targets across both inbound and outbound calls with multiple clients.Deliver an excellent level of customer service on all customer interactions.Working as part of a team, in line with company priorities.Skills andExperienceActive listener who communicates purposefully and confidently.Team player with a positive outlook, who enjoys working in sales and customer servicesenvironments.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.A passion for tech and software products.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible shifts, adhering to agreed schedules.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken.Sales/Customer service experience in a similar role would be adistinct advantage.Preferred ExperienceOutboundSales experience ina contact centre or door to door sales is preferable.Please clearly outline your previous experience on your CV.QualificationLeaving cert or equivalent desirableWorking HoursFull-time working; 37.5 hours per week, 8-hour shift between 8 am –17.00 pmstated in the contract.
