My client, a highly regarded business in South Dublin is recruiting a Financial Controller for their team.The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ PQE, and will have a track record of managing a finance team, coupled with strong financial reporting experience.This role will suit candidates currently operating at Financial Controller level, or Finance Managers seeking a step up to Financial Controller.Key responsibilities:Lead, develop and motivate the finance teamPreparation/Review of monthly management accounts and board packsAct as a business partner to the commercial and operational teamsCash flow and working capital management and reportingDrive finance transformation initiatives including process automations and systems improvementsKey requirements:Qualified accountant with circa 5 years’ PQEProven experience in a people management roleExcellent financial reporting expertisePlease note that unfortunately due to the volume of applications anticipated, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
