Cpl Healthcare is excited to announce a number of great opportunities to work with our client in the disability sector.
We are seeking Community Support Workers - New Directions and Outreach for Day Services based in Cork: Ballincollig.
As Part Of Your Role, You Will
* Empower Service Users to live independent lives in their home and the community.
* Support the development and delivery of the person-centred plan
* Develop community partnerships to foster active citizenship in line with service user goals and wishes.
* Transport service users to access the community.
* Be responsible for Key Worker duties i.e. weekly administration, advocacy, liaising with families and develop and implement person-centred plans.
The Perfect Candidate Will
* Hold a relevant QQI relevant qualification - minimum Level 5 in Healthcare or relevant
* Experience working with service users in the disability sector
* Be over the age of 18
* Have a full clean manual driving license with access to own vehicle for work purposes.
* Have an excellent command of spoken and written English
* Have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in relevant sector
