Position: Corporate Client Acquisition Specialist (Freelance)
We are seeking dynamic individuals who can bring in corporate clients across various sectors in Singapore.
This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours, suitable for self-driven professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential corporate clients
Introduce our recruitment and staffing services
Arrange meetings and presentations
Convert leads into signed service agreements
Maintain strong client relationships
Compensation Structure
This is a 100% commission-based role
Attractive commission per successful client acquisition
Recurring earning potential based on placements
No earning cap – income depends on performance
Ideal Candidate
Strong corporate network
Experience in business development or sales
Background in HR / recruitment (preferred but not mandatory)
Self-motivated and target-driven
Excellent communication skills
