As a key player in the construction industry, they're committed to fostering innovation, excellence, and sustainability in everything they do, and have become one of the fastest-growing firms over the last decade.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop a robust Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plan in conjunction with the Project Manager and Client for each projectLiaise with the senior management team, site and office personnel to ensure compliance with the Quality PlanDevelop Project Specific Internal Quality Inductions for all staff and craft, ensuring key information from specifications is shared before commencing site workCarry out regular audits of sites, workshops, assembly shops and other facilities, issuing audit reports to the senior management teamConduct regular audits of the company supply chain and sub-contractors to maintain and implement high standards of qualityManage and effectively mentor the onsite delivery and off-site fabrication QA teamsEmbed the Right First Time (RFT) ethos throughout our processesMonitor and close out all non-conformance reports (NCRs), performing root cause analysis for eachAttend client site Quality Meetings as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes from a quality perspectiveGenerate internal and external reports as requiredOversee the planning and preparation of all test documentation in accordance with the Project Quality Plan and Internal Testing PlanOversee the assembly of handover packages for the customerSkills & Experience RequiredAcademic qualification (Degree) and/or relevant industry experience5-7 years' experience in a similar roleExperience of working on Irish construction projectsWorking knowledge of ISO StandardsProficiency in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
