About the Role
We are seeking a Building Surveyor & Sales Technician to support management and drive business growth.
This role combines technical surveying with sales responsibilities, ensuring quality control on site work while developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct thorough property surveys and prepare detailed reports.
· Price site work and private projects accurately, using leads provided by the office team sourced via website inquiries, phone calls, and other channels to maximize conversion and ensure timely follow-up.
· Coordinate workflow, update delegated tasks, and attend site meetings.
· Liaise with subcontractors and operations teams to organize work and timelines.
· Attend weekly management and sales meetings to report progress.
· Follow company policies to maintain ISO and NSAI standards.
· Generate leads, follow up promptly, and log details on applicable tools.
· Contribute ideas for sales advertising and marketing plans.
· Maintain professional image and adhere to dress code.
Requirements
· Highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills.
· Knowledge of the building services sector.
· Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
· Full clean driving license.
Desirable
· Previous experience in sales and surveying.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Familiarity with SEAI grants an advantage
