Job Title: Arts Receptionist
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused receptionist to join our team in the arts sector.
About The Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling enquires, dealing with problems and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deal with public enquiries in person and via telephone, adhering to council customer care standards;
* Operate computerized booking systems; upload and maintain season programme information;
* Maintain live events sections of council websites; provide administrative support for the arts service.
Required Skills And Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must have at least one year’s experience in a similar role. Essential qualifications include five GCSE passes (Grades A-C) or equivalent. If not available, applicants should demonstrate minimum three years' experience.
The individual will need strong communication skills along with proficiency in operating various software systems.
