We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our ILAC Store in Dublin.
We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy working as part of a team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the overall customer experience within the Liverpool Football Club Store is of the highest standard.
What will you be doing?
1. Dealing with customer sales and refunds, focusing on customer care and experience.
2. Processing cash and card payments at the till.
3. Building product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection.
4. Driving basic sales management through increasing AVS, UPT, and Conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
5. Managing stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
6. Supporting the receipt and storage of stock deliveries.
Who are we looking for?
Applicants should have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with confidence in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. Retail and/or customer service qualifications are advantageous. Flexibility to work varied hours is required.

We carry a wide range of products, with over a thousand items available at any time, increasing during peak periods.
This role offers a temporary contract for 4 months, working 20 hours per week across 5 days, including evenings and weekends. The main base will be our ILAC store in Dublin.
