About The Role
We are recruiting an experienced
Area Manager
to oversee and support
Vodafone retail stores across Donegal
. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer experience, and developing store management teams to achieve consistent results.
This is an ideal opportunity for a
Retail Store Manager or Senior Retail Manager
looking to progress into area management within a leading telecommunications brand.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support multiple Vodafone retail stores within the Donegal area
* Drive sales performance, KPIs and commercial results
* Coach, develop and performance-manage Store Managers and teams
* Ensure consistent delivery of excellent customer experience
* Maintain high standards of compliance, merchandising and brand presentation
* Recruit, develop and retain high-performing retail talent
* Report on area performance and implement improvement plans
About You
* Proven experience in retail management (multi-site experience desirable)
* Strong leadership and people development skills
* Commercially focused with a track record of delivering results
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Full clean driving licence
