Dalata successfully operates Ireland’s two largest hotel brands, the Clayton and the Maldron Hotels across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe, as well as managing a small portfolio of partner hotels.
Dalata Hotel Group is recruiting for a Talent Acquisitions Executive to join our Dalata Academy team. In this exciting role, you will have the chance to work with our ambitious and progressive Central Office Talent Team. This is a highly collaborative and relationship‑based role where you will work closely with key stakeholders in our Central Office and hotels to ensure we deliver on our Talent strategy. You must be a detail‑oriented, multi‑tasker with a burning desire to contribute.

Your Job
Responsible for compiling and publishing weekly internal vacancies for the group consisting of over 56 hotels.
Support the Group Talent Acquisition Manager with virtual careers fairs, open days, day‑to‑day recruitment support to the hotels and any daily recruitment queries in a timely manner.
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System ensuring all roles are being posted correctly, onto the right platforms and enhancing the candidate experience and employer brand by ensuring all candidates are being progressed through the system to ensure accurate reporting.
Manage & support the Graduate recruitment process and collaborate with Dalata Academy team.
Assist the Group Talent Acquisition Manager with New Build and Acquisitions sourcing and recruitment plans.
Support hotels in sourcing candidates for any management or specialist gaps.
Prepare stats, reports and metrics to assist the Group Talent Acquisitions Manager.
Assist with projects as required.
What You’ll Need
2 year's+ experience in HR/Recruitment in a fast‑paced environment – experience would be an advantage.
Excellent Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
Adaptable and flexible with a positive can‑do attitude.
Ability to manage high workloads and conflicting priorities while maintaining confidential information.
Experience using and managing an ATS or recruitment tools would be an advantage.
Good collaborator and able to demonstrate how they have done this across multi‑site.
