Digital & E-Commerce Executive — Triona
The Digital & E-Commerce Executive will support Triona's online growth by managing our e-commerce platforms, digital content, and website performance. This role is responsible for ensuring our products are effectively presented online, supporting sales through strong merchandising and content management, and helping to enhance Triona's digital brand presence across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage product listings, descriptions, imagery, and pricing across Triona's website and digital channels
* Support day-to-day e-commerce operations including product uploads, content updates, and merchandising
* Coordinate online campaigns such as product launches, seasonal updates, and promotional activity
* Monitor website performance including traffic, conversion, and product performance trends
* Maintain consistency in brand presentation across all digital platforms
* Assist with content scheduling for email and social channels where required
* Liaise with operations on stock availability and product updates to ensure accurate online information
* Produce regular performance reports and insights to support commercial decision-making
Skills & Experience
* Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or an online retail environment
* Strong attention to detail and content presentation skills
* Good understanding of online merchandising and customer experience
* Comfortable working in a hands-on SME role with broad responsibilities
* Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce (or similar platform) is an advantage
* Basic analytics and reporting capability (e.g., Google Analytics, sales dashboards)
