This role will support the technical team across all brands to provide best in class technical advice to our dealer networks.Core Responsibilities:Provide office-based support to the technical team.Logging requests and scheduling cases for technical team for all brands.Escalating cases by priority and ensure each case is dealt with in a timely manner for all brands.Assisting with arranging specific requirements (tools, parts, IT, etc.) for cases, repairs, visits and reports.Ensure all cases, visits, and reports meet the required service level agreements.Work closely with Customer Experience, Warranty & Recalls team to ensure they are informed of any escalation issues as required.Oversee the collection, collation, and coordination of updates, reports and data through collaboration with relevant teams both internally and externally.Core Attributes:Customer-focused, proactive attitude.Organised and efficient administration.Strong people management skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.High IT literacy.Ability to work under pressure with a multitude of stakeholders.Automotive industry experience an advantage.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingSick payWork Location: In person
