Qualification: Level 8 Degree in Speech and Language therapy Must be a registered member of CORU. Qualification in FEDS (Feeding Eating Drinking Swallowing) assessment, treatment and care planning across the above populations. Knowledge: Knowledge of standards and legislation relevant to the area. Experience: 4 - 6 years experience as a Speech and Language therapist. Ability to effectively and concisely communicate with team members, management, external contractors, and any other key business relationships. Skills: Strong leadership skills. Strong problem-solving skills and judgement making critical decisions and recommendations. Capable of working within a fast-paced and flexible team.
