Finance Administrator Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Administrator to join our dynamic finance team.
About the Position:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong Accounts Payable experience to contribute to a busy and innovative finance function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice entry, including utilities and delivery partners, as well as post ad-hoc journals and raise retail invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage high-volume invoice entry, including utilities and delivery partners
* Post ad-hoc journals including interest, accruals, and rent-free provisions
* Raise retail invoices and manage third-party billing queries
* Support audit preparation and ensure accuracy of financial data
* Participate in continuous improvement of finance processes
* Carry out other ad hoc finance tasks as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in Accounts Payable / Finance Administration
* Highly numerate and detail-oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and confident with accounting systems
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* A positive, proactive team player with strong communication skills
* Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced finance function
