This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a well-established team specializing in high-quality fit-out projects for the retail sector.
The successful candidate will oversee projects from concept to completion, working closely with an in-house joinery workshop and a skilled delivery team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple fit-out projects across Ireland, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
* Oversee procurement, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation.
* Liaise with clients, designers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and compliance.
* Lead project meetings and ensure health and safety standards are upheld.
* Report directly to senior management and contribute to strategic planning.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a project delivery role within fit-out or joinery-focused environments.
* Strong understanding of the retail fit-out sector and relevant project workflows.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
* Full clean driving license.
