Location: Swords, Co. Dublin | Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed Term (Maternity Cover)

A leading construction contractor, known for delivering complex and high-profile projects across Ireland, is seeking an Office Administration Assistant to join their head office team. This is a 12-month maternity cover role, offering a great opportunity to contribute to a well-established organisation at the forefront of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Print, distribute and manage registers of project drawings
* Manage access for users on the file sharing platform
* Photocopying and maintaining printer consumables
* Manage and oversee mobile phone contracts
* Circulate reports related to supplier insurance policy status
* Keep training records up to date
* Provide reception cover when required
* Order IT equipment and maintain the PC asset register
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
