We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Web Designer
to create engaging, user-friendly websites and digital experiences. This role is perfect for designers who enjoy blending creativity with usability and collaborating in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and maintain websites, landing pages, and digital interfaces
* Collaborate with developers, marketers, and product teams to deliver visually appealing and functional web experiences
* Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
* Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
* Maintain brand consistency across all web platforms
* Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics
Requirements
* 0–3 years of experience in web design, UX/UI design, or related internships/projects
* Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, layout, and interactive design skills
* Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as
Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
* Understanding of HTML/CSS basics is a plus
* Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong communication
* Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
* Fluent in English
* Based in Ireland
