Business Analyst – HR / Technology ProjectsOur client is a global financial technology organization undergoing HR and technology transformation and is seeking a Business Analyst to support complex, multi-region initiatives.We are seeking aBusiness Analystto supportHR and technology initiativesby gathering business requirements, translating them into clearfunctional specifications, and partnering with stakeholders to ensuresuccessful project delivery. The role works closely withHR, HRIS, local SMEs, and project teamsto streamline processes and support testing andgo-live activities.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process documentation .Identify gaps between business needs and technical solutions and support resolution.Collaborate with HR, HRIS, SMEs, and technical teams to keep workstreams progressing.Support alignment of local and regional processes with global standards .Track and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies as required.Support cutover planning, testing (UAT), training, and post-go-live stabilization .Assist with change requests, project planning, and progress reporting.AccountabilitiesAct as the primary liaison between business SMEs and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.Own and maintain functional documentation and support change, testing, training, and go-lives .Provide recommendations to project managers and business owners to support decision-making and project health .Required QualificationsExperience as a Business Analyst supporting HR, technology, or process-driven projects .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project/task management tools .Nice to HaveExperience with HR or payroll systems (e.g., ADP, GlobalView, Safeguard ).Exposure to global payroll or multi-country HR processes .Experience supporting change management, cutover planning, or data migration .Previous involvement in global transformation programs .This opportunity is a 12-month contract, on-site in the Dublin Office, paying between 52 – 60K per annum (pro rata).
