Key Responsibilities Advise tax, payroll, finance, and HR teams on the tax and social security implications of global mobility programs. Develop and implement workforce tax planning strategies to optimize tax efficiency. Provide strategic guidance on global mobility policies and their tax considerations. Oversee tax aspects of global mobility, including equalization, protection, and compliance planning. Manage and resolve tax disputes related to international employment. Assess and mitigate permanent establishment risks across multiple jurisdictions. Work closely with legal teams to ensure employment law and tax compliance. Deliver training sessions on global workforce tax matters for clients and internal stakeholders. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term business growth.
