* Maximise sales through analysing data, trading patterns and customer needs.
* Maintain stock accuracy and ensure the right choice and levels of product.
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and deliver the company's customer experience programme.
* Monitor and address variations to the cost base on a weekly basis.
* Implement innovative ideas and maintain department brand standards.
* Ensure compliance with layouts and adjacencies.
* Train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service and meet business requirements.
