The Role We're looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our Dublin team.
You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, understanding their needs, explaining our POS and retail technology solutions, preparing quotes, and managing the sales process from first call to close.
This role is ideal for someone who's confident speaking to business owners, enjoys building relationships, and thrives on seeing conversations turn into new business.
What You'll Be Doing Handle incoming sales enquiries, scheduling and hosting intro calls and possible product demos.
Follow up with leads and guide them through the sales journey, from initial interest to closing the deal.
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to grow repeat and referral business.
Prepare, send, and manage professional quotations on Panda Doc and proposals ensuring clients have received, viewed, or signed them.
Use Freshsales CRM to manage leads, track activity, and keep the pipeline up to date.
Attend events and exbitions as required to network and grow brand awareness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and smooth lead handover.
Provide feedback on customer needs and trends to support the marketing team.

Accurate and active management of the CRM pipeline.
