We are opening an exciting new restaurant and looking for a passionate sous chef to join us
You'll work closely with our Head Chef to deliver high quality seasonal menu.
Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of hygiene, food quality, presentation and customer satisfaction.
Assist with menu planning, prep and service.
Supervise and train kitchen staff.
Ensure a consistant and efficient serivce during busy periods.
Managing orders, stock and supplier relations
Requirements:
Previous experience as Sous Chef/ Strong CDP background.
Leadership and communication skills.
Ambition,Passion and drive for the hospitality industry.
Ability to work in fast paced enviorments.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €34,000.00-€36,000.00 per year
