Responsibilities include working with high-potential Mexican partner sellers to develop their growth through specific programs, collecting feedback from the seller's experience, and supporting the development of these programs.

In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for training partner sellers in the tools available in the management interface (Seller Central account) to ensure their autonomy and proactively managing program improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies, fluency in English, and knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.

A basic understanding of pipeline management skills, including the utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools, is also desirable.
