We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with a strong administrative background. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the technology sector and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
* Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
* Good understanding of the technology sector.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
* Ability to attend our head office in Tallaght, Dublin 24.
