Job Description
* Operational Leadership: Manage the daily operations of a childcare service, ensuring a safe and developmentally appropriate environment for children in line with all regulatory requirements.
* Staff Management: Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance, maintaining a Best Practice culture and addressing staffing issues.
* Policies and Procedures: Implement and maintain company policies, procedures, health and safety risk assessments as stipulated in the Childcare Regulations.
* Communication: Build relationships with parents, maintain effective communication, and organise meetings and events.
* Marketing: Promote and market the services and conduct viewings and inquiries.
* Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of meetings and present progress reports.
* Professional Development: Stay updated on policies and procedures, preparing for inspections to maintain the service compliant.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leadership and Management: Proven experience in operational leadership, staff management, and policy implementation.
* Childcare and Education: Strong understanding of childcare practices, regulations, and best practices.
