The Job: A leading global forestry machinery manufacturer is seeking a highly motivated Forestry Machinery Sales Representative to support sales of new and used equipment across Ireland. This autonomous, customer‑facing role involves developing new business, managing existing accounts and representing a world‑class machinery brand to contractors and forestry operators nationwide. You will combine technical understanding with strong commercial awareness to deliver tailored solutions and secure long‑term customer relationships.

Operating a fully established Irish division, the business provides machinery sales, service, parts and technical support nationwide, built on a customer‑first approach and a commitment to delivering dependable, high‑performance equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven sales experience within forestry machinery, heavy equipment, construction machinery or agricultural machinery
* Strong technical understanding of machinery and its operating environment
* Excellent communicator with strong negotiation and relationship‑building ability
* Commercially driven with a proactive, independent working style
* Confident using CRM systems and digital tools, including social media and online marketing
* Comfortable managing a broad territory with frequent travel and occasional overnight stays
* Professional, organised and able to prioritise in a demanding sales environment
Package:
* Salary €75,000 base salary, DOE
* Bonus and commission structure
* Company vehicle (Ford Ranger) and fuel card
* Full‑time, permanent role
* Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00 (flexibility required)
