Ads Customer Success Specialist (CSS)
As a Customer Success Specialist you will support our internal Sales teams on completing tasks that unblock our advertisers and grow our partnership with them, leading to their success on the advertising platform.
Profile requirements
* A passion for digital marketing and knowledge of ad products
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Digital advertising experience
* Strong Excel/Google Suite experience
* Agility in quickly learning new tasks as they are introduced into the program
* Great communication & collaboration skills
* Time management skills: address and unblock client issues within a provided service level agreement (SLA) time window
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes
Nice to Haves
* Familiar with ad reporting (benchmarking, brand study set-up, ad hoc requests) and an aptitude for diving into performance data, identifying performance trends and providing upsell recommendations
* Familiar with upselling, such as the Request for Proposal (RFP) and the pitching process
* Knowledge and experience working across the advertising funnel- including with Brand, DR and App advertisers
