Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Ambassador to support our E-commerce operations. As the first point of contact for customers and suppliers, you will handle inbound calls, emails, order queries, and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls and emails
* Preparing business sales and quotations
* Processing orders
* Managing office admin systems, databases, and inventory (Microsoft and Mailchimp)
* Assisting with invoicing and accounts (Sage 50 experience beneficial)
* Suggesting ways to improve internal processes and procedures
Requirements:

* Strong leadership skills
* Sage 50/Woo Commerce experience is beneficial
* English language preferred
