Accenture has an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales leader as we rapidly expand our team across EMEA. We are looking for a people-oriented leader who has experience managing and coaching managers, building processes and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will support the Functional Lead (FL) of one of 4 core functional business areas in EMEA and help drive team expansion and operational rigor in the rapidly expanding digital marketing sales environment. Accenture is partnering with Pinterest to help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. You will have the opportunity to drive measurable outcomes for both Accenture and our Pinterest. You will develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the ACCN Functional Lead as a trusted second-in-command.

Responsibilities
* Depending on the area of focus, each SBM will be primarily engaged in the Existing or New side of the AGY business while working with developed markets.
* Be the role model for right Sales Behaviours, Operational Excellence and Compliance.
* Analyze business data without guidance and propose initiatives to support FL in developing the AGY business as a whole.
* Oversee business operations in assigned markets to ensure profitability and development.
* Demonstrate a strong passion for diversity, inclusion and equity.
* Report directly to the FL and stand in for the FL during absence (with support from the Operations Lead).
* Line management of Sales Managers/Senior Sales Managers as applicable; structure to be defined per function.
* Prepare and deliver reporting for assigned areas.
* Create employee engagement, career development, performance management, HC assignment and reassignment with FL for the function.
* Handle day-to-day running of the Function excluding significant HR issues.
* Review metrics and deliver reporting on underperforming areas.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and support FL to scope and implement initiatives; drive continuous improvement or cross-SMB initiatives within the function.
* Ensure consistency of approach, operational rigour and timely execution of initiatives across all teams in any functional area (e.g. product adoption, advertiser incentive programs, staff incentive programs).
* Deputies may own priority initiatives across the full function as needed (e.g. in-quarter churn, high priority new product launches).
Qualifications
* At least years relevant experience managing and coaching teams in a high paced sales environment (or equivalent).
* 3+ years of sales leadership experience in an AdTech sales environment.
* Ability to make decisions using data with very strong analytical and proven reporting skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Preferably experienced in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Office/G-Suite collaboration and presentation tools.
