Role Description:

The Personal Assistant (20%) provides targeted administrative and organizational support to an executive or senior leader, ensuring efficient management of professional and personal tasks. This part-time role requires discretion, organization, and the ability to manage priorities effectively while maintaining flexibility to respond to evolving needs. The Personal Assistant acts as a reliable partner to optimize time management, streamline communications, and support day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing documentation or presentations as needed. The Personal Assistant will assist with correspondence, monitor deadlines, and organize events or appointments. The role may also include light administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records, or liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility, attention to detail, and confidentiality are critical to ensuring the executive's schedule and responsibilities run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of anticipating needs. Qualifications:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and work independently.
* Flexibility to accommodate evolving priorities and occasional after-hours requirements.
