The Group Financial Controller is responsible for the company's long-term financial health and growth.
They establish strategies that will earn profits, oversee accounting operations, produce accurate reports on where money is going within the business and improve or change current practices to increase efficiency & support long term financial planning.
As head of our companys financial team, you will ensure that we have the systems and set procedures for all finance employees to follow, as well as cultivate a unique financial culture for the company.
You will provide guidance to ensure that the organisations financial commitments are met annually.
You oversee the development of all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the complete financial management and control of the organisations business.
You will also have responsibility to provide leadership to the organisations Dublin Finance team with regards to individual objective setting, measurement creation and management of developmental plans.
You will provide overall leadership to the finance teams and functions of each business within the group, ensuring compliance and excellence in all systems and processes and the overall financial integrity of the business.
You will lead on financial risk, corporate governance, funding, overseeing budgets, monitoring cash flow, business planning and reporting, identifying financial opportunities for the company and supporting the direction / strategies / action plans to achieve the full potential of assets Responsibilities Overall responsibility for Group and individual companies statutory compliance in terms of Annual accounts, taxation matters and companies office filing requirements in Ireland, N.
Ireland and United Kingdom.
Overall responsibility for collation and presentation of Management accounts for board meetings.
Overall responsibility for annual Budget compilation and presentation, forecasting.
Financial lead on ITS opportunities, assessments and advise on same.
Day to sign off on Credit risk assessments for new or existing customers.
Financial liaison with German companies and issues with properties in Erfurt.
Lead on all banking matters.
Principle contact on loans, credit reviews and banking issues.
Day to day liaison with CEO and MD ROI Day to day liaison with Sales, Operations departments and companies in UK and NI Liaison and submission of annual Insurance and negotiation of premiums Day to day issues arising in accounts.
