As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supervising kitchen operations, managing your section with confidence, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Youll also help guide junior chefs while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your section to the highest standards Support kitchen leadership in managing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs and kitchen assistants Assist in planning menus, specials, and food presentation Monitor inventory, ensure proper storage, and reduce food wastage Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and food safety regulations Take initiative in improving systems, consistency, and kitchen efficiency Requirements: Minimum 34 years of experience in a similar role.
Professional chef qualification (minimum 2 years training) Advanced understanding of food preparation, portion control, and modern culinary techniques Strong leadership and communication skills Sound knowledge of HACCP and kitchen safety procedures Fluent English (spoken and written) Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods Passion for food, creativity, and a high attention to detail
