Our kitchen is fast-paced, creative, and driven by quality and we’re now looking for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our growing culinary team.If you love working with fresh ingredients, take pride in your craft, and thrive in a team that supports and pushes each other to be better every day, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing and delivering high-quality dishes that showcase our modern, flavour-led menuTaking ownership of your section and maintaining high standards during every serviceSupporting and mentoring junior members of the kitchen teamFollowing HACCP and food safety standards at all timesKeeping your workstation clean, organised, and service-readyWorking closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on menu execution and kitchen operationsPlaying your part in reducing food waste and operating a sustainable kitchenAssisting with stock control, deliveries, and kitchen checksCandidate RequirementMinimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-focused kitchenA genuine passion for food and an eye for detailA team player who communicates well and supports those around themStrong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and allergen controlsThe ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced service environmentFlexibility to work across weekdays and weekends
