Job Title: Construction Leadership Role
This is a leadership position that involves coordinating and monitoring the construction process from initial site setup to project handover.
Main Responsibilities:
* Review and coordinate construction plans, specifications, and work requirements to ensure timely completion.
* Work closely with senior management to update project timelines and milestones.
* Liaise with design teams to ensure all works are completed according to programme.
* Provide regular reports to Contracts Manager on project progress.
* Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors to achieve weekly goals and objectives.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety procedures and company compliance guidelines.
Key Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Construction Management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years' experience managing new build residential projects.
* Desirable background in engineering.
* Able to manage sites from greenfield to finished products.
* Excellent IT skills and digital presentation abilities.
