We provide a fast, secure and seamless bank and card checkout experience directly to your customers via email, text, chat or integrating our single API for Ecommerce web and in app payments, helping to drive payment success, reduce payment operation costs, risk of chargebacks and fraud.Job Summary:As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will work with the existing onboarding team and be the bridge between sales and business-as-usual (BAU) operations. You will ensure new clients are onboarded seamlessly, projects are managed effectively, and integrations are completed to the highest standard. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring client satisfaction during the critical post-sales phase.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all onboarding projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process by understanding client needs, configuring solutions, and providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.Technical Integration: Collaborate with clients to implement payment gateways, configure API integrations, and resolve any technical challenges during onboarding.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment.Documentation and Process Improvement: Create and maintain onboarding documentation and contribute to the improvement of processes to enhance the client experience.Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless handover and alignment on client requirements.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a client onboarding, support, implementation, or project management role. Preferably within the payments industry or a SaaS organisationExperience with payment gateway setup and troubleshooting.Strong understanding of API integrations, including the ability to communicate technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred.What We Offer:A collaborative and supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Hybrid work options with an office location in Stephen's Green, Dublin.
