THE COMPANY: With over 90 years of experience and more than 200 employees across Ireland, our client is a recognised leader in their industry. Operating globally with a turnover in the billions, they are known for their quality, innovation, and sustainability. Following an internal promotion, they are now hiring a HSE Manager to join their expanding site team in Meath. THE ROLE: As HSE Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies across Health, Safety, and Environmental areas. Key responsibilities include: Implementing and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Leading site incident management and risk assessment programmes Facilitating internal HSE audits and external certification processes Managing contractor safety and site induction processes Driving continuous improvement and leading monthly HSE governance meetings Coordinating behavioural safety, legal compliance, and waste management initiatives Providing regular updates to both plant and group-level stakeholders Representing the site in quarterly UK & IE HSE governance meetings THE PERSON: We are looking to speak with professionals who have: 3-5 years' experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within FMCG or packaging manufacturing A NEBOSH General Certificate (essential); additional environmental qualifications are a plus Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills Experience managing ISO standards, compliance frameworks, and internal audits A proactive and analytical approach to safety culture and process improvement THE PACKAGE: Salary: €70,000 - €75,000 DOE Annual Bonus - 10% Pension Contribution Career growth in a global organisation LOCATION: Based in Meath, this role is easily commutable from Dublin, Kildare, and Louth.
