Le Meas Executive Search are delighted to partner with an established aircraft leasing firm on a new role on their operations team.Reporting to the Head of Operations; my client are seeking an experienced accounts payable professional (Senior Manager / Director) to project manage a change programme and a lead a high performing accounts payable team in Dublin.Responsibilities:Manage AP operationsManage change initiatives aimed at improving the current AP processes and workflow.Guide a team of AP professionals through a period of significant change.Apply relevant experience, insight, analysis, research and best practice to aid in the design appropriate change strategies.Identify and develop key baseline metrics, KPIs, and statistics that can be tracked and reported to improve consistent AP service delivery.Review errors and control breakdowns including identification, resolution, reporting, root cause analysis and remediating actions.Ensure compliance with Company AP policies through improved AP procedures and guidelines.Demonstrate a customer centric mindset and strive to continuously improve processes.Pro-actively develop good working relationships with colleagues.Support projects and initiatives that leverage our IT platform and are in line with company objectives.Requirements:A minimum 5+ years relevant experience in either Accounts PayableStrong analytical, process improvement and project management skills.
