The opportunity:
The Entity Management, Legal Professional will join the Global Corporate Maintenance Solutions (GCMS) team based in the Belfast Center and contribute to the Firm’s global corporate compliance work. The role-holder will work closely with the Global Reorganizations Practice Group, which specializes in the design and execution of complex domestic and cross border reorganizations. The group includes professionals from various practice areas and is experienced in all forms of corporate restructuring.
The individual will support clients in meeting their global corporate compliance obligations, including filing statutory accounts and annual returns, and implementing changes to legal entities such as director appointments and resignations. The role-holder, as part of the dedicated Belfast-based team, will contribute to the delivery, tracking, and management of this work to maintain consistent standards of quality and efficiency.

Main responsibilities:
Upload and accurately profile legal documents to client-specific SharePoint platforms, as required
Monitor and update compliance trackers, flag any upcoming or missed deadlines to the GCMS team leads
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to progress compliance matters and ad-hoc corporate maintenance requests
Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
Engage directly with GCMS clients to advance onboarding, annual compliance, and corporate maintenance activities
Contribute to the preparation and delivery of compliance reports during weekly client calls
Support the GCMS team in reviewing work-in-progress (WIP) to facilitate timely client invoicing
Escalate client queries and issues to senior management where appropriate, and assist in their resolution
Participate in knowledge capture initiatives and contribute to discussions on process improvements within the GCMS team
Coordinate with lawyers and business professionals across the Firm globally, including corresponding counsel teams
Attend and actively contribute to regular team meetings, providing updates on open tasks, pending deadlines, and new opportunities to the GCMS Director and wider team
Support Senior Management with new business development opportunities
Skills and experience:
An undergraduate degree in law with a minimum 2:1 classification
Advanced in Microsoft Office applications (Intermediate Excel and Word are essential)
Exceptional attention to detail and time management is required
Positive team player and active contributor in a team environment
Experience in a professional services organization
Experience with SharePoint
Can demonstrate strong IT skills
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Confident to liaise with senior stakeholders internally and externally
