Internal Salesperson – Fermoy
PE Global is currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Person. Our client is a leading timber processor in Ireland and the UK, with a strong growth story.
Responsibilities:
* Manage established customer relationships through phone sales to ensure repeat business.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve set targets.
* An ERP system knowledge for order processing is desirable but not essential.
* Record relevant market information into CRM software.
* Coordinate sales requirements with the production department.
* Resolve customer queries and issues.
* Perform general office administration tasks.
Candidate Profile:
This role is ideal for sales-oriented individuals who thrive on challenges. A third-level qualification and/or 3-5 years of sales experience are advantageous.
The ideal candidate possesses:
* A passion for working in an office environment and interacting with customers over the phone.
* Enthusiasm, energy, and a desire to develop their long-term career.
* The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* A good understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Flexibility to travel to different plants as required.
