Job Title:
We are seeking a seasoned leader to take on the role of Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in driving exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless daily operations.
* Direct and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet operational goals.
* Collaborate closely with Store Management to oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, and staff management.
* Effectively handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
* Assist in managing stock levels, sales targets, and business objectives.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including HACCP protocols.
* Monitor and analyze store performance, providing guidance and support to team members.
* Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
* Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping and financial reporting.
* Promote a positive and inclusive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication.
* Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in retail or a related field.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
* Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
* Organizational skills to manage tasks, schedules, and operational priorities efficiently.
* Familiarity with retail operations, including stock management and sales reporting.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.
* Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
